📦 Shipping Costs and Delivery Times
- Fulfillment Time: 1–3 business days. Some exceptions may apply during peak holiday seasons.
- Delivery Time: 2–10 business days. Delays may occur during peak holiday seasons.
- Most orders are shipped via Canada Post with tracking numbers.
- Shipping costs are calculated based on the size and weight of your order at the time of checkout.
- Some items are subject to a surcharge if deemed oversized or overweight.

Please email us at orderdesk@papaginofoods.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request and add additional items before shipping.
📍 Shipping to P.O. Boxes
Due to the nature of the products we carry, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes at this time. Please provide a valid street address at checkout.
🕒 Processing Times
We aim to ship orders within 24 hours of payment on weekdays.
Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will ship the following business day.
Please double-check your shipping address and contact information when placing your order. Incorrect information may result in delivery delays or surcharges.

⚠️ “Ship at Your Own Risk” Disclaimer
Some products on our website are marked “Ship at Your Own Risk” due to their size, weight, fragility, or sensitivity to temperature during transit.
While we carefully package all orders, once an item leaves our facility, we cannot guarantee how it will be handled by the shipping carrier.
By purchasing a product labeled “Ship at Your Own Risk,” you acknowledge and agree that:
- Papagino Foods is not responsible for any damage, spoilage, or loss that occurs during shipping.
- No refunds, credits, or replacements will be issued for products damaged in transit.
- Customers may file a claim directly with the shipping carrier for reimbursement or investigation.
To avoid the risk, we recommend selecting Local Pickup at checkout when available.
🚫 Orders Not Picked Up or Refused
If an order is refused or not picked up within the required time frame:
- The customer will be charged the full shipping cost plus a 15% restocking fee.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate contact and delivery information when placing an order.
🔒 Orders Over $400 - Additional Verification
To protect our customers and prevent fraud, we reserve the right to:
- Request government-issued ID for orders over $400
- Refuse service or cancel orders at our discretion, without notice
🍫 Shipping Chocolate Products
We ship chocolate products year-round; however, during the summer months (June to September), shipping chocolate carries increased risk due to heat exposure.
- We cannot guarantee chocolate will arrive unmelted during warmer months.
- We recommend selecting the fastest shipping option available to reduce this risk.
- Chocolate is shipped at the customer’s discretion.
If your chocolate items arrive melted, in many cases they can still be used.
